This is an application for participation in the Holiday Caravan Parade. The entry form is designed to provide the parade committee with information about your group. Participation in the Holiday Caravan Parade is by APPROVAL ONLY. You will find a link for our Holiday Caravan Policies please download a copy for your records. Please reveiw the rules and regulations described in our Parade Policies throughly prior to completing the data sheet. At the end of the application form you will be asked is you accept the terms and conditions within the policies.
You may choose to download your entry application and fax to 704-636-5335 and pay your entry application below or mail payment along with your applicaiton to: Holiday Caravan Parade -- PO Box 2272-- Salisbury, NC 28145-2272. Upon notification and receipt of payment your entry application will be processed with 5-7 business days. You will recieve confirmation via e-mail.
