Rental Fee Information:
Float rental fee for 2011 are $595
A deposit of $300 must be paid upon selection of float. Balance will be due on or before the last Friday in November.
If generators are requested and extra $50 charge will be apply.
The Holiday Caravan Parade agrees to provide to the sponsor a professional float for use in the Holiday Caravan Parade. The sponsor will choose the float from a number of float sketches supplied for consideration by the Holiday Caravan. This years float vendors for the Holiday Caravan Parade are Cline's Floats and Allen Floats. Float information below:

You have until November 11th to submit your request for a professional float. Remember everything is included in the one fee of $595. (Tow vechile included) All you have to do on parade day is show up, get on the float and have fun!!!!
You can submit your fee online, then print and complete the Professional Float Agreement below and fax it to 704-636-5335. Please reference your float number selection and the vendor when completing your agreement.

CAUTION: FLOAT # 1 WILL BEBLUE WHITE AND GOLDNOT RED WHITE AND GOLD AS PICTURED.
Sponsor's name will be in 12" lettering on each side of float
Professional logos are available (contact a Holiday Caravan Representative for information, applies on certain float supplier companies and additional fees apply)
Maximum of two sponsors per float
Each float will be approximately 28' long, no more than 12 1/2' high and from 8'-14' wide
As a safety precaution, it is necessary to observe a maximum of 15 persons per float
Float Sponsor must provide riders for floats unless advance arrangements are made with the Holiday Caravan Staff
All items placed on the float must be removed in designated areas immediately following the parade (no straw, hay or pine needles, etc)
No candy to be thrown from the floats, walkers will be allowed beside the floats to hand candy or other items.
All Float Sponsor's agree to abide by the Holiday Caravan Policies.
If balance bars are needed for riders to stand, Holiday Caravan Staff must be notified at the time of rental.
Only professional floats supplied from vendors selected by the Holiday Caravan are allowed. Rentals from any other firms are not allowed.
