All these are key ingredients to a successful Holiday Caravan Parade!

Before the sirens flash and echo to mark the start of the parade, a lot of planning and coordinating is required. Our parade is
an ALL-VOLUNTEER production coordinated through the joint efforts and leadership of the Rowan Business Alliance and the Spencer Jaycees. Here is your invitation to be more than a parade spectator -
it’s TIME to get more involved with your Holiday Caravan! We need lots of volunteers, before and during the parade.
Just let us know your areas of interest and we’ll take care of the rest.
